A screenwriter with 15 years of experience, André has written for major Brazilian artists and television personalities, including Anitta (Multishow), Luciano Huck, Dani Calabresa and Marcelo Adnet (TV Globo), Sandy (HBO Max), Fábio Porchat (RecordTV), Leandro Hassum (TNT) and Miá Mello (Disney). His credits include shows such as A Liga, CQC, Amor & Sexo, Adnight, Programa do Porchat, Anitta Entrou no Grupo and Domingão com Huck.

In 2019, he wrote for two cable television productions: Tá Pago, Leandro Hassum’s show for TNT, and Anitta Entrou no Grupo, a music show hosted by singer Anitta and aired on Multishow. In 2020, he served as head writer of Posso Explicar, a talk show hosted by Miá Mello for NatGeo/Disney+, and as Head of Content for Sandy+Chef on HBO Max. In 2021, alongside Lilian Amarante, he was part of the creative team behind Dani-Se, hosted by Dani Calabresa on GNT.

As a podcaster, he is the co-creator and co-host of Donos da Razão with Foquinha, as well as Supositório, a Spotify Original that recently debuted and reached No. 1 on the Top 200 chart. He also directs the Globoplay podcast Posso Mandar Áudio, hosted by Dani Calabresa. In 2021, he was also responsible for developing original podcast projects for Porta dos Fundos in partnership with Deezer.

In 2023, Compro Likes, a Disney original series created by André, premiered on the platform. The cast includes acclaimed Brazilian actors Pedro Cardoso and Lúcio Mauro Filho. Another project for the platform is the series Desejos S.A., created by renowned filmmakers Mariano Cohn and Gastón Duprat. André and his partner Gui Cintra are the only two Brazilian writers on the series’ writing team.

In 2024, the feature film As Visões de Ulisses, produced by Conspiração Filmes, premiered in theaters. He also worked as a script consultant on the feature film A Mulher ao Lado, directed by Bárbara Paz and produced by Moovie, and produced the HBO documentary series Pílula de Farinha: O Escândalo Que Gerou Vidas.

He is currently the final writer of TV Globo’s comedy program Aberto ao Público.
